IPART's draft report and determination for Water NSW's rural bulk water charges has been released today.

Three of Aither's reports were published at the same time. These are our:

- independent expenditure review, noting that IPART accepted our recommendations in relation to prudent and efficient capex and opex

- report on pricing principles in small valleys where full cost recovery is likely to be unachieveable

- review of the MDBA expenditure and cost sharing arrangements, which provides substantial new insights and transparency into this process

This work demonstrates our broad capability in water pricing and economic regulation. I thank our partners in the delivery of this work, and our team including Ryan Gormly, Rod Coulton, Lawson Cole and Simon Hone.

We look forward to following how this process unfolds.
